Tadd Meyer frequently represents buyers & sellers in residential and commercial real estate closings. He prepares deeds, drafts and reviews mortgage and refinance documents, and conducts settlements along with escrow & disbursal of funds and recordation. Tadd is licensed under CRESPA (Consumer Real Estate Settlement Protection Act).

Tadd reviews and drafts real estate purchase and sales contracts, as well as leases. He conducts title review and handles the correction of title defects.

In addition to his real estate work, Tadd advises clients on estate planning issues and business matters such as entity formation and partnership agreements.
